Our New Performance Stage
After nearly 20 years of setting up temporary stages in Pioneer Park, the BBCA has built a permanent outdoor stage to be donated to the Municipality.
Once the stage was complete, we gifted it to the Municipality of Central Saanich for all to enjoy. Please note: if you wish to book the stage for an event, contact the Municipality directly.
The new stage has become a community gathering place, with the potential to hold performances of all types – music, drama, lectures, family movie nights, workshops, yoga sessions, school performances, wedding ceremonies...the possibilities are endless.
The stage was funded and built 100% by donations and volunteers. No public funds were requested. Working with a construction budget of $150,000, we raised all needed funds amount from local businesses, associations, construction suppliers and private citizens.
